Why no 12" Netbooks?

This is my other point.

Have a *smaller* form factor than the netbook currently is so you get a
10" screen with no bezel and a slightly smaller keyboard (could be
problematic), or, have the *same* form factor but with a 12" screen and
no bezel.

At the moment you get the larger form factor with a smaller screen - as
dictated by Intel.
