are you sure it's the peppers that are making you ill? people tend to
blame hot peppers when they eat, say, a spicy pasta dish that is
loaded with tomatoes. the tomatoes will give you reflux but the
peppers won't. people blame the peppers because that is the dominant
flavor in the meal.
i'm not saying that this is the cause with you though.
