That's tourists in general, especially if they paid too much for the 
"privilege" to be carted around in a big bus and have exactly 24 minutes 
to visit the Dome of Siena... I'm sure I'd do quite a few socially 
unacceptable things in Japan as well, simply because I don't know their 
culture either.
