Raster to bitmap

Inkscape.  Make a new document, import the bitmap, select the bitmap,  
do "Path->Trace Bitmap", and then "Path->Break Apart" to get  
individual elements, by color-order, separated into different layers.  
I do this a lot and often, and in fact I did it tonight to create a  
level for my new iPhone game ..
