ok so in this application is a network thing. it shows a spin able globe 
ala google earth. You can see little lights all over the world, these 
are users of this application. When you are on a user, at random, it 
plays what they are playing on their Ocarina, and shows a little 
graphical rings emanating from the spot. You can then pick another user 
at random(it automatically switches after a bit), and so on. It's freaky 
this is all live?, everyone is trying to play the zelda song, I did hear 
some mary had a little lamb from California :)

There are settings to broadcast your location and let users hear you.
