What's this obsession with 'new interfaces'? Does is make *music* 
better? Isn't music nothing more that putting notes, pauses and - let's 
be generous - sound effects in a certain order?

All these 'news ways' to make music end up sounding exactly the same: 
bleep bleep woosh. Bloody, bloody boring. Why not make a music interface 
based on drying paint? Just as exciting.

Music has always been a performance, where the flow is going from the 
performer to the spectator. Things like these are only intended to 
entertain yourself. It's like the difference between sex and masturbation.
