Yes... But not only that: Let's say you have a 16 track stereo mix...  Compare the experience of live mixing (non automated) between mouse and "mixer interface" to a real mixer with 16 sets of controls.... especially for LIVE (=where the magic is) use.

Positively! Sound is a different arena though... I'm talking FEEL.
