NHS?  What the blazes is that?/

Why here in america we have no such thing.   Here, you  have to have a
job to have something called 'insurance' so that when you get sick,
some overweight guy with coffee stains on his tie and troubles at home
(and curiously no medical degree) can tell you they wont pay because
your not covered.

its a brilliant system.
