An easy way to really annoy someone, anyone. If you like that.

The Dong EMAIL HIDDEN
Tue Feb 12 15:13:17 CET 2008

1)	Sell something on ebay.
2)	Get buyer to pay with paypal.
3)	After they pay, tell them it is shipped off.
4)	Put a PS that it will take a while 'cos you live in X country.
5)	Don't post anything at all, yet!
6)	Don't claim the paypal payment, yet.
7)	Stop responding to all emails and switch off phone.

What this does is totally freeze out the buyer from following any
official complaints procedure and puts them 100% at your mercy!
Rubs hands, oh, the power!!

All the buyer can do is send messages and phone an off hook (or fake)
number. Ebay will only send a canned response telling the buyer to fill
out forms on Paypal, paypal will not let the buyer access or fill out
any of these forms, and so on, ad infinitum until 30 days run out or the
seller sends the goods just before or long after that date...

God help the poor buyer who gets sent damaged or duff goods, it could
take half a year to sort out in the worst case.

The buyer might leave bad feedback, but that can be fixed. Just use a
bit of initiative and tell a few porkies.

And Paypal has the buyers money for most, if not all of this time...
Buyer protection indeed.
