Indeed, but is it computer-generated, as someone in the comment section 
suggests? This would take thousands of frames per second, and the 
chances of picking up a lightning strike just like that would be minute.

But it seems to react exactly as it should: first the 'pre-lightning' 
tries to find path from the cloud to the ground, and when the air is 
sufficiently ionised (right?) the main charge comes from the ground to 
the cloud.
