We need annual driving tests.  Most people around here think indicating
is unnecessary - especially BMW owners.  People know they should
indicate but are too selfish to even, literally, lift a finger.

Driving is a privilege not a right.

This rant hasn't been caused by any recent driving episode, just
noticing the decline of skill and courtesy over the past 20 years I've
been driving.
