If your on a Mac, then thats why.  the issue had to do with how live
talked to MIDI devices on PC.  If you had a controller playing a
module through live, you could here the notes being delayed noticibly.
 On playback, you could really here it shuffling around, particularly
if you had a device that was trying to sync to live's clock - it would
wobble a bit.

Its all gone now..
